Colombian Navy Seizes a Ton of Cocaine in a Sophisticated Semi-submersible

Out of 79 boats of this kind that were seized since 1993 – when the first one was intercepted – this was the only one that had such type of technology. The semi-submersible was located on September 18 off the coast of the department (province) of Nariño, added the National Navy communiqué, which also specified that “it seems” that the drugs belonged to the criminal gang “Los Rastrojos”, with connections with drug trafficking organizations. last_img
